We are very proud to announce our new partnership with IAMS/P&G Pet Care to continue the honored tradition of hosting the annual Ohio State Treatment of Small Animal Diseases Symposium. This symposium was previously sponsored by Royal Canin/Waltham.
The 37th Annual Ohio State & IAMS Symposium
in 2013 will focus on “Treatment of common skin and ear diseases of dogs and cats” seen daily in primary care practice. Nine clinical dermatologists will provide 15 hours of CE credit on treatment strategies for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcal infections, the newest dermatologic diets and when to use them, why ear cleaning is a must for treatment of otitis externa, newest topical and systemic treatments for otic infections, when and how to use the new flea products, essential topical products for your practice, recently described skin conditions of cats and their treatment, updates on skin cancer treatments, sublingual immunotherapy and new drugs for atopic dermatitis, and dermatologic treatment practice tips. Each day will finish with a 30-minute discussion of “controversies in dermatology”. The symposium will be offered October 12th and 13th at the beautiful Hilton Hotel and Conference Center at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio.
