Description

This conference is intended for llama and alpaca owners and breeders. The conference coincides with the International Camelid Health Conference for Veterinarians, which provides experts in the field of camelid medicine and surgery. The Camelid Health Conference for Owners and Breeders features some of these expert speakers and covers topics on reproduction, nutrition, infections and more.

Registration is $150. Registration includes conference instruction, notes, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and reception. The reception will be held with owners, breeders, speakers, veterinarians and sponsors, and will provide an opportunity to mingle with the experts.

Registration is open on a first-come, first-served basis and may close prior to March 12, 2010 if the course is filled. You may cancel your conference registration at any time prior to March 12, 2010, and receive an 80 percent refund of the course fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after March 12, 2010. There are no refunds for no shows. If the course is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Office of Veterinary Continuing Education is accredited by the Ohio Veterinary Medical Licensing Board (OVMLB) to sponsor continuing education courses for veterinary practitioners. The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine Office of Veterinary Continuing Education designates this educational activity for a maximum of 8 OVMLB™ hours of continuing education credit.
